Spring & Easter Sweets

After Valentine's chocolate overload we decided to have a fresher approach for our next baking mission. So we came up with an assortment of delicious tartlets and there's something for everybody. We researched and tested different crusts and recipes and we picked the most flavorful ones.
A lot of trying to do so thankfully, paddling season has begun! (thanks Shirley for letting us share the tasting part and not eat all the sweets ourselves!!!)

So here's the box:


And when you open it, oh voila!



This is what you'll find:

CHOCOLATE-ORANGE TART: Sucree dough crust filled with chocolate and orange custard, topped with candied orange peel and finished with apricot glaze.


QUINCE TART: Sable dough crust with a quince jam filling, a lattice top and finished with apricot glaze.



LEMON MERINGUE TART: Sucree dough crust with a smooth lemon custard filling and italian meringue piping.



CANDIED APPLE TART: Short dough crust filled with caramelized apple pieces.



FRESH FRUIT TART: Sable dough crust filled with an orange infused pastry cream, topped with fresh fruit and finished with apricot glaze.



CHOCOLATE-RASPBERRY TART: Sucree dough crust filled with a layer of raspberry jam and topped with a layer of chocolate ganache and fresh raspberries.


Pricing for this assorted box of six tartlets is $25. By request we also offer a six-tartlet box of one variety of your choice for the same price. Please place your order by March 29th.
